3 lbs. stew meat
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 can mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
1/2 c. water

Mix all together in Dutch oven and bake at 350 degrees in oven for 4 hours. Serve over rice.
