SOPAIPILLAS 
4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. lard

Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in lard. Add water. Knead well, cover and let stand 30 minutes. Form into round balls; roll 1/8" thick. Cut into 3" squares and fry in deep hot fat until brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve with honey.
