SWISS APPLE PIE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. walnuts or pecans

Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in slightly beaten eggs. Add in apples and nuts. Pour into a pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm. If you put this in the oven about 15 to 20 minutes before dinner, it will be ready just in time for dessert.
