SWISS CHEESE PIE (QUICHE) 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice; Colby, Longhorn good)
Pepper to taste
10 inch unbaked pie shell

Grate cheese into pie shell covering bottom completely. Beat eggs. Pour eggs and milk on top of cheese. Sprinkle pepper on top (doesn't need salt, cheese is salty enough). Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes (or more depending on oven).
