SWISS CHEESE PIE (QUICHE) 
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. skim milk or whole milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

Grease 9" pie pan. Set 1/2 cup of cheese to the side for topping. Mix all remaining cheese with 1/2 cup flour. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs and salt using whisk. Stir in flour-coated cheese. Pour into pan and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove pie; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
