ZUCCHINI PIE (QUICHE) 
4 links sausage, any kind (I prefer Italian hot/mild)
2 cloves chopped garlic
3-5 c. chopped zucchini
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
Pepper to taste
1/3 c. oil
4 beaten eggs

Remove sausage casing before cooking with chopped garlic. Add first 9 ingredients all together. Fold in eggs and oil last. Makes two 9 inch pies. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. You can freeze remaining.
