4 c. peeled & shredded zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1 med. onion, cut fine
1 clove garlic
Dash of salt & pepper
1/2 stick butter
4 eggs, beaten

Mix all together. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Chill and cut into squares. This is good for after school snackers.
