3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Dash of oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix all ingredients. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13x2 inch pan. Spread mixture evenly on bottom of pan. Bake 25-40 minutes until golden brown. Cut into small squares and serve hot.
