3 c. diced zucchini (peel if you like)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 pressed clove of garlic
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs

Mix well all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a 10 inch Pyrex pie dish. Bake 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
