FILLING: 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philly cream cheese 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. vanilla 4 tbsp. milk CRUST & TOPPING: 2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. chopped English walnuts 3/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. melted butter Grease an 8"x13" pan on bottom and sides. Mix together crust and topping ingredients until crumbly. Save 1/3 of crumb mixture for topping, pack the rest in bottom of pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees until browned. Pour in filling, sprinkle with crumbs evenly. Bake approximately 25 minutes. When cooled, cut into squares then into triangles. |
