SWISS CHEESE QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust, uncooked
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, finely shredded
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. light cream
Salt and pepper
5 slices bacon

Fry bacon and drain. Place bacon on bottom of the pie crust. Place shredded cheese over bacon. Beat flour, eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over bacon and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until firm.
