PISTACHIO CHEESE DESSERT 
Mix:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter
1/3 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. sugar

Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Let brown and remove from oven and cool.

Beat:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Pour over crust.

Mix:

2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding

Mix as directed - less 1/4 cup milk for each package. Pour over cheese layer and let set. Put 1 cup Cool Whip over pudding layer.
