CHEESECAKE DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. pecan chips

Work together all ingredients and press in 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

FILLING:

16 oz. (2) cream cheese
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. tub Cool Whip (13 or 16 oz.)

Whip together cream cheese and powdered sugar well until creamy. Add whipped cream (work well). Pour evenly over cooled crust.

TOPPING:

21 oz. can Ready mix fruit pie filling of choice or fresh strawberries in
glaze

Spread over top of cheese mixture and refrigerate. Preparation time: 30 minutes. Serves 16 people.
