CREAM CHEESE CAKE DESSERT 
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 tsp. unflavored gelatin
5 tbsp. cold water
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together first 4 ingredients for crust; set aside.

Mix gelatin and cold water and soak 5 minutes; set aside.

Cook egg yolks, milk, sugar and salt until it coats a spoon. Add soaked gelatin to egg mixture and cook until lukewarm. Add cream cheese. Mix and fold with lukewarm egg and gelatin mixture. Fold in beaten egg whites and vanilla. Put 1/2 crumb mixture on bottom of greased waxed paper lined cake pan. Place cream cheese mixture on, top with remaining graham cracker mix.
