1 container cottage cheese, large curd
1 sm. pkg. Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 container Cool Whip
Coconut, nuts

Drain juice off fruit; set aside. Pour cottage cheese in mixing bowl, pour dry Jello over cottage cheese and mix well. Add drained fruit and mix. Add Cool Whip and coconut and nuts if desired.
