RICE DRESSING-STUFFING 
2 c. rice
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
3 lg. onions, chopped fine
4 lg. stalks celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. butter, butter, or vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp. poultry seasoning or sage
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 c. chopped pecans
Giblets, if desired, precooked and ground

Cook rice according to package directions. Saute vegetables together in butter until thoroughly cooked. Add seasonings and mix. Beat eggs until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine rice, vegetables, eggs, nuts and parsley. Stuff turkey or bake in a buttered casserole for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
