8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
10 stuffed olives, grated
1 tsp. finely grated onion
1 tsp. celery seed
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. olive juice

Cream cheese and add other ingredients, mixing well. Stuff celery in desired pieces and keep chilled until serving.
