STUFFING (DRESSING) 
6 boiled eggs
1 stick butter
2 lg. onions
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped apple
2 tsp. salt
8 c. dry bread cubes
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
4 c. broth or sage

Melt butter in large skillet. Saute onions, celery, and apple in butter. Mix bread with spices and poultry broth. Add sauteed mixture. Add chopped boiled eggs. Bake at 400 degrees until done.
