SHRIMP ITALIAN 
1 lb. tiny shrimp
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. plus 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 (3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Saute the shrimp and green onions with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste in the butter for about 10 minutes or until cooked. Add 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, the Swiss cheese, and Italian bread crumbs.

Cook egg noodles until tender, drain, and rinse with cold water. Season lightly with salt and garlic powder. Add evaporated milk and the remaining 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Pour shrimp mixture over egg noodles and sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
