SHRIMP AND CHICKEN ITALIAN 
4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded out until even
20 med. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. diced tomatoes
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/2 c. white sauterne
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. butter
Flour

Dredge chicken in flour. Melt butter in saute pan. Add chicken and shrimp; when chicken and shrimp are 3/4 cooked add the rest of the ingredients except the Mozzarella cheese. Cook until the chicken and shrimp are done.

Arrange shrimp and vegetables on top of the chicken breasts. Top with Mozzarella cheese and place in a 400 degree oven until the cheese has melted. Serves 4.
