HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped onions
Salt and pepper
Corn flake cereal

Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove and top with corn flakes and return to oven for another 1/2 hour.
