SOLVEIG'S TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
A family favorite since the early 60's.

1 lb. lean ground beef*
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups baby peas (or your choice; optional)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 lb.) bag tater tots
salt and pepper, to taste
onion salt, to taste

Note: You may substitute buffalo hamburger meat - that is delicious too.

Sprinkle raw hamburger meat evenly over the bottom of a 9x12-inch pan. Add vegetables evenly over the meat. Season according to taste. Spread soup from the can over all with a spatula. Dump the bag of tater tots on top and shake to even out.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until lightly browned on top and the center is bubbling. Enjoy!
