CHINESE CHICKEN 
2 lb. chicken parts
2 jars sweet and sour sauce
3 tomatoes
2 onions
2 bell peppers
1 bag yellow rice (Spanish style)

Place chicken parts (wings, legs, breasts, thighs, etc.) into wok. Add small amount of oil. Cook until done and browned. Remove chicken to platter. Cut up onions, bell peppers and tomatoes while chicken is cooking.

Saute vegetables in wok, add chicken to top, pour sweet and sour sauce over chicken. Cook on low until rice is done.
