CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
Lettuce, shredded
4 chicken breasts, boiled & sliced
4 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. slivered onions

SWEET-N-SOUR SAUCE:

Mix: 2 tbsp. water

Combine: 6 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/4 c. water

Add to cornstarch mixture. Cook until clear and thickened. Toss all ingredients in bowl. Serve sauce hot when dishing up salad. Serve with French bread.
