BROCCOLI CASSEROLE DELIGHT 
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheese
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
1 can (3 1/4 oz.) French fried onion rings

Prepare broccoli as package directs except cook only 4 minutes. Drain. Place in greased shallow 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over broccoli. Pour a mixture of soup and evaporated milk over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with onions. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until onion rings are crisp and golden brown. Makes 8 servings - 3/4 cup each.
