IRISH POTATOES 
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
7 oz. canned coconut

Allow butter and cream cheese to sit out in room temperature for 1 hour. Mix butter, cream cheese, vanilla together. Gradually add sugar. Stir in coconut. chill for 1 hour. Roll in cinnamon to coat. Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Serve chilled.
