BREAD PUDDING 
1 pkg. cinnamon rolls
1/2 stick butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
orange peel, grated

Break rolls into small pieces. Sprinkle with water to moisten. Add butter, eggs, sugar, raisins, pecans and small amount of orange peel; mix well. Spray baking dish with Pam. Fill dish with mixture and bake at 350°F until desired browning. Serve warm.
