FROZEN CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

1 c. crushed graham crackers
2 tbsp. melted butter
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 pt. chocolate/chocolate chip Hagen Daze ice cream, softened

Line 8x8 inch pan with foil. Combine cookie crumbs with melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Press into bottom of the pan.

Beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy; add softened ice cream; blend thoroughly. Pour into the pan over the crust. Chill in freezer at least 2 hours.

To serve: Remove cake from pan. Cut with a sharp knife dipped in warm water.

Makes 16 (2-inch) squares.
