FROZEN RASPBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. melted butter
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 c. sliced berries
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream

Mix flour, sugar, walnuts, and butter until crumbly. Spread 2/3 in shallow 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine egg whites, sugar, berries, and lemon juice. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks form (10 minutes). Fold in whipped cream. Place on top of crust in pan and top with crumbs. Freeze 6 hours. May use 10 ounce package frozen berries (thawed) - reduce sugar to 2/3 cup.
