FROZEN STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 egg whites
1 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries, thawed
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice (concentrate)
8 oz. Cool Whip topping

Mix first 4 ingredients and spread in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove crumbs from pan and cool. Sprinkle 2/3's of crumbs in pan to cover bottom.

Combine the next 4 ingredients in a bowl and beat at high speed until stiff peaks form (10-15 minutes). Fold in Cool Whip and spread mixture lightly over crumbs in pan. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top and freeze until firm. Cut in squares to serve.
