ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
15 onion thins, crushed very sm.
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 lg. can asparagus spears, drained (reserve juice)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese

Spray or grease casserole dish, dust with crumbs. Cover with sliced hard-cooked eggs. Mix liquid from asparagus and soup and heat. Put asparagus on eggs and pour hot soup mix over it. Cover this with bacon and cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 250 degree oven. Serves 4.
