ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, not drained
3/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) box orange Jello
2 c. cold water
1 lg. container Cool Whip
10 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

In a saucepan, bring pineapple plus juice and sugar to boil. Stir in Jello. Stir until dissolved. Put in bowl and let it partially set. Beat in Cool Whip. Stir in cheese and nuts. Refrigerate until set.
