20 MINUTE CAKE AND ICING 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sift sugar and flour together in a large bowl. Mix together butter, cocoa, and water in pan, bring to a boil, add to above dry ingredients and stir. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes (or until done) at 400 degrees.

FUDGE ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Bring butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil; remove from heat. Combine rest of ingredients. Add hot liquid mixture; beat well with electric mixer. Pour over cake soon after removing it from the oven.
