4 c. apples, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix apples with dry ingredients. Put in pie crust, put 1 tbsp. of lemon juice over apples and a little butter.

Top Crust: 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 stick butter. Mix together and put on pie. Put in paper bag and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
