2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Vanilla wafers
Pie filling of choice (cherry, blueberry, strawberry)

Mix well: cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla and lemon juice. Line small muffin tins with paper cups to fit. Place one small vanilla wafer in bottom of each paper cup. Fill cup 3/4 full with mixture.
