BEET SALAD 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jello, 1 cherry, 1 strawberry, 1 raspberry
3 c. hot water
1/2 c. pickle juice or 1/4 c. vinegar

Mix and chill until congealed. Add 1 or 2 cans shoestring beets and 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple and juice.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
