BEET SALAD 
1 pkg. raspberry Jello
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
4 c. hot water
1 can julienne beets - drained
1 (12 oz.) crushed pineapple - drained

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped celery

Mix well and refrigerate.

This makes a large salad. It is not sweet but rather tart.
