CABBAGE AND BEET SALAD 
1 head cabbage, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans beets (rinsed and drained)
3 celery sticks, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
3+ tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix all of the above. Sprinkle with paprika. Store in refrigerator for one hour before serving.
