PESTO SAUCE 
4 bunches fresh basil
2 cloves garlic (8 buds)
2 tsp. salt
3/4 to 1 c. pine nuts (slightly roasted)
3/4 to 1 c. olive oil
1 to 1 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Toast pine nuts in 325 degree oven to golden brown. Use food processor or other chopping device. Add ingredients in order as listed. Serve over angel hair pasta or pasta of your choice. Makes 8 generous servings.
