PESTO SAUCE 
1/3 c. olive or salad oil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 sm. clove garlic, quartered
2 tbsp. basil or 1/2 c. fresh basil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Put all ingredients in blender at medium speed until well mixed. Makes 1/2 cup.
