MARY'S FILBERT TORTE 
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. nuts

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cream

Mix flour and baking powder together, set aside.

In blender, beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Add nuts and twirl until finely chopped. Add flour mixture to blender.

Grease pan and line pan with wax paper, grease again. Pour into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes one layer to be split. Put filling in between layers.
