PEACHES `N CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. salt
8 peaches, peeled & sliced
Dash salt, to taste
Lemon juice
1 unbaked pastry shell (9")
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together sugar, flour, cream and salt. Sprinkle peaches with dash of salt and lemon juice; place in pie shell. Pour remaining ingredients over peaches; dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees; then 40-45 minutes at 300 degrees. Serves 6-8.
