NO SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped dates
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. quick cooking oats
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Boil first 4 ingredients for 3 minutes on low heat. Add butter; cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate overnight. Drop by spoonfuls on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
