BARBECUE SAUCE 
6 c. ketchup
3 c. orange marmalade
1 c. green relish
1 c. dark molasses
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. oregano
4 onions
2 tbsp. garlic
3 or 4 stalks celery
2 green peppers, cleaned and seeded
1 lemon, whole
1 tsp. ground thyme
2 tsp. chili powder
Salt

Puree (blend) onions, garlic, celery, peppers and juice and rind of lemon, marmalade. Add spices in blender. In large gallon jar, mix all ingredients. Refrigerate 1-2 days before use.
