BARBECUED RIBS 
ENOUGH SAUCE FOR 6 POUNDS:

1 sm. bottle catsup
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 lb. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
Pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger

Add all together and bring to boil. Broil ribs until browned. Pour off fat. Add sauce. Bake at low heat 4 hours.
