PEACHES & CREAM CAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 sm. box regular vanilla pudding

Grease 9 inch pie plate. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, pudding, butter, egg and milk. Pour into pie plate. Drain peaches, reserving juice. Arrange peaches over batter in pie plate. In a small bowl, cream sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and 3 tablespoons reserved peach juice. Spoon mixture over peaches, but not all the way to the edge. Combine 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
