PEACHES-N-CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. peach juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 can peaches (15 to 20 oz.)

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, butter, pudding mix, milk and egg for 2 minutes. Pour into 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Arrange peaches on top. In a small bowl mix cream cheese, 3 tbsp. peach juice and sugar. Spoon on top 1/2 inch from rim. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
