PEACHES & CREAM CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) pkg. dry vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tsp. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (15 to 20 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. juice from peaches

Combine flour, salt, vanilla pudding, butter, egg, and milk into large bowl. Pour into deep dish pan. Combine peaches, cream cheese, sugar and peach juice into small bowl. Pour over batter. Spoon to within one inch of edge of pan. Combine 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in 9 inch deep dish pan. Store in refrigerator.
