PEACHES & CREAM CHEESECAKE | |
3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 1 tbsp. sugar 20 oz. can sliced peaches 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. peach juice, drained from can 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. sugar Combine first 7 ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Place peaches over mixture. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and juice. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour (spoon) over peaches. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve slightly warm. (Speech & Language Clinician) |
