PEACHES `N CREAM CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
16 oz. can sliced peaches, undrained
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar plus 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth. Pour mixture into a greased 8" round pan. Drain peaches, reserving 6 to 8 tablespoons peach liquid; arrange peaches over batter.

Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved liquid; beat 2 minutes; spoon mixture over peaches in center of cake, leaving a 1 inch border around edge of cakepan. Combine 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cheese filling; bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes; remove from oven; cool on wire rack; chill.
